According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, pine mushrooms are parasitic only on pine trees and grow under old pine trees in the mountains.

It is recorded that the mushrooms, which are said to be poisonous, sweet, and fragrant in Donguibogam, are the best mushrooms growing on trees, helping the stomach function, enhancing appetite, stopping diarrhea, and adding energy.

It has a lot of vitamins B1, B2, and D, and contains substances that lower cholesterol levels, and anti-cancer ingredients called Christine. On the other hand, it is said that it is not good for your health if you eat a large amount depending on your constitution due to its cold nature. However, it is not possible to overeat expensive matsutake, so this case is considered an unfortunate situation.

Pine mushrooms stabilize the human mind, treat inflammation, and inhibit tumor growth.

The taste of pine mushrooms is sweet, their properties are flat, and there is a large amount of polysaccharide, indicating anti-cancer activity, and in the case of inflammation or cancer treatment, they are said to be eaten by boiling 3 to 9 grams a day.

Pine mushrooms are especially effective for upper body cancers such as throat cancer, brain cancer, thyroid cancer, esophageal cancer, and lung cancer, and are also good for diarrhea and lack of blood after childbirth due to postpartum abdominal pain or colitis.

Fibrolytic enzymes such as cellase, hemilase, and betrazee in pine mushrooms make them digest well no matter how much they eat when they are made.

The unique scent, which is a medicinal ingredient of pine mushrooms, is said to have a good scent, such as cinnamon acid ester, octanol, and isoatsudakeol.

Considering all these things, pine mushrooms are a treasure grown by the pine spirit of Korea's mountain streams, according to electrolytic pine mushroom experts.
